How do I filter information on the Issues page in v17.3?

When you are viewing information on the Issues page, it is sometimes necessary to filter the information to only show certain data. This article describes how to use the filter option on the Issues page.

1. Click Issues

Click Dashboard
  • On the Icon Bar, click the Project button, then click Issues.

Note: Clicking the Project button on the Icon Bar will take you directly to the Summary page of the last work you visited.

2. Select Column to Filter

  • Locate the column that you want to use to filter your Issues page.

3. Select Filters

 

  1. Click the down arrow next to the name of the column you want to filter by, and click the Filter drop-down menu.
  2. Select the check box(es) for those items you wish to filter by.
  3. Click Close.

4. Click Apply

  • Click Apply.

5. View Filtered Results

  • View the results of the filtered Issues Page.

6. Select Filters for Numerical Column

  1. Click the down arrow next to the name of the column you want to filter by.
  2. Select less than, equal to, or greater than from the drop-down menu and then enter a numerical value.
  3. Click Apply.

7. View Filtered Results

  • View the results of the filtered Issues Page.
