How do I re-open an issue in v17.3?

If an issue has been resolved, it can be closed. Closed issues can be re-opened at any time. This article describes how to re-open an issue.

1. Click Issues

Click Dashboard
  • On the Icon Bar, click the Project button, then click Issues.

Note: Clicking the Project button on the Icon Bar will take you directly to the Summary page of the last work you visited.

2. Click Re-open

  • Click Actions next to the issue that you want to re-open and select Re-open from the drop-down menu.

3. View Issue

  • View the re-opened issue.
