How do I reject a document?
Once an approval request has been submitted, users that are assigned as an approver for the document will receive a question in their PowerSteering Inbox. Once a document has been rejected, revisions can be made, and a new version can be uploaded and sumitted for approval. This article describes how to reject a document.
Note: If there are multiple approvers, and one user rejects the approval request, the document's approval request will be canceled and the document will have a status of Rejected.
2. Reject Document
- View document if necessary.
- Select Reject.
- Type comments in the Comments field (optional).
- Click Submit.
3. View Confirmation
- View confirmation of document approval.
4. View Document
- The status of the document is updated to Rejected.
