How do I update a report asset?

When a new version of a report template, sub-report, or image becomes available, the version in PowerSteering should be replaced with the updated file. This article describe how to update a report asset.

1. Click My Reports

Click My Reports
  1. On the Icon Bar, click the Review button.
  2. Click Reports to expand the menu, then click My Reports.

2. Click Assets

  • Click the Assets tab.

3. Click Browse

  1. Use the available filters to search for the report asset you want to update.
  2. Click Browse...

4. Open File

Open File
  1.    Navigate to the folder where the updated report asset file is saved.
  2.    Click on the name of the file.
  3.    Click Open.

5. Click Upload

  1. Confirm that the correct file name is displayed.
  2. Click Upload.

6. View Report Asset

  • View updated report asset.
