How do I change the frequency of a status report?
The status report frequency can be changed on the edit work page. If the Status Reporting drop-down box is set to unscheduled, the report period will automatically be defined as the period since the last status report until the current date. If the Status Reporting drop-down box is set to a scheduled period, you will be able to select the reporting period from the Status Reports page. This article describes how to change the frequency of a status report.
Note: Status report period dates for submitted status reports will remain the same if the status report frequency is changed from scheduled to unscheduled. Status report period dates will be changed when the scheduled reporting period expires or if the scheduled reporting period has already expired. Additionally, new status reports cannot be submitted until the currently submitted status report has expired.
1. Click Edit Details
- On the Icon Bar click the Project button, then click Edit details.
Note: Clicking the Project button on the Icon Bar will take you directly to the summary page of the last work you visited.
2. Select Status Reporting Frequency
- From the Status Reporting drop-down box, select the reporting frequency.
- Click Save Changes to return to the project Summary page.
