How do I create a new risk?

A risk is something that may potentially create a future problem for a project. This article describes how to create a new risk.

1. Click Risks

Click Risks
  • On the Icon Bar, click the Project button, then click Risks.

Note: Clicking the Project button on the Icon Bar will take you directly to the summary page of the last work you visited.

2. Click New Risk

  1. Click New Risk.

3. Enter Details

  1. Click the Owner drop-down box and select the issue owner by searching in the Owner dialog box..
  2. In the Subject field, type a subject for your risk.
  3. Enter or select additional information as needed.
  4. In the Description field, type a description of your risk.
  5. Click Submit.

4. View Risk

  • View newly created risk.
