How do I submit a help desk request to my administrator?
If you are experiencing a problem in PowerSteering you have the ability to submit a help desk request to your administrator. This article describes how to submit a help desk request.
1. Click Submit Help Desk Request
Click the Help button, then click Submit Help Desk Request.
Note: The PowerSteering Help menu is configurable by organization so the listing shown here may be different than the one displayed on your page.
2. Click Submit
In the Select recipient drop-down box, select a recipient for your help desk request.
Enter your e-mail address in the Your e-mail address field.
In the Question / problem field, type the body of your message.
Click Submit.
3. View Confirmation Message
View confirmation message that your help desk request has been sent.
