How do I email users about a timesheet?

If a question or concern arises while reviewing time, a timesheet approver has the ability to easily email a user. This article describes how to email users about a timesheet.

1. Click Manage Time

Click Manage Time
  1. Click the Review button on the Icon bar
  2. Click User Management to expand the menu, then click Manage Time.

2. Email Users

  1. Click the plus sign next to the user name to view time by project.
  2. Select the check box next to the user name(s) you want to email.
  3. Select Email Users from the drop-down box.
  4. Click Apply.

3. Send Email

Send Email
  1. In the Subject field, type a subject for your email.
  2. In the Message field, type the body of your email message.
  3. Click Send.
