How do I update a project in my Agenda?

The update function allows a user to update details of all projects that they have been assigned to on one page. This article describes how to update project information in the agenda.

1. Click Agenda

Click Agenda
  • Click your name or the triangle to display the Profile Menu, then click Agenda.

2. Click Projects

  • Click the Projects tab.

3. Click Update

  • Click Update.

4. Update Project(s)

  1. Make changes to the Status, % Complete, or Constraint End date as needed.
  2. Click Save Changes.

5. View Projects

  • View updated projects list.
