How do I get more information about a work item?

When choosing a work item for a timesheet entry, a user has the ability to view more information about it. This includes the owner of the work, the date the work was last updated, and the location of the work in the Work Tree. This article describes how to get more information about a work item.

1. Click Timesheets

Click Timesheets
  • Click your name or the triangle to display the Profile Menu, then click Timesheets.

2. Enter Time

  1. Click an empty Work Items drop down box.
  2. In the Work Item dialog box, click the More Information button next to the work you want to view more information about.

3. View More Information

View More Information
  • View more information about the work item.
