How do I update an action item in my Agenda?

The update function allows a user to update all action items across all projects simultaneously. This article describes how to update an action item in the agenda.

1. Click Agenda

Click Agenda
  • Click your name or the triangle to display the Profile Menu, then click Agenda.

2. Click Update

  • Click Update.

3. Update Action Item(s)

  1. Make updates to the Priority, Status, % Complete, and Due date of action items as needed.
  2. Click Save Changes.

Note: The % Complete field can only be updated when the action item has an active status.

4. View Action Items

  • View updated action items list.
