How do I refresh workflow?

In the event of a Workflow Manager communication error, such as an action item not being created, an Administrator has the ability to refresh the workflow. A workflow refresh will also check to see if any workflow assignments have changed or have been added. This article describes how to refresh a workflow.

1. Click Refresh Workflow

  1.    On the Icon Bar, click the Project button.
  2.    Click Workflow to expand the menu, then click Refresh Workflow.

Note: Clicking the Project button on the Icon Bar will take you directly to the summary page of the last work you visited.

2. Click Actions Items

  • On the Icon Bar, click the Project button, then click Action Items.

3. View Action Items

  • When the workflow is refreshed, all action items are re-synched and the workflow is now current.
