How do I manually recalculate estimated labor costs?

If rates, activities, or project durations have changed, administrators can recalculate all estimated labor costs with a single click. This option will recalculate existing estimated labor costs and estimated labor costs that have not been previously calculated. This article describes how to manually recalculate estimated labor costs.

Note: If there is a large number of projects with estimated costs calculated, this process can take a significant amount of time to complete.

1. Click Resource Planning

Click Resource Planning
  1. On the Icon Bar click the Admin button.
  2. Click Configuration to expand the menu, then click Resource Planning.

2. Click Recalculate Labor Estimates

  • Click Recalculate labor estimates.

3. View Progress

  • View the recalculation progress.

4. View Confirmation

  • View confirmation of the recalculation process being completed.
