How do I view an article in the Knowledge Base?
The Knowledge Base contains articles that have been written and shared by the PowerSteering team to deepen your understanding of our product. Some of the articles are simply informational, some are focused on troubleshooting tips that we've picked up from a recent customer support case. This article describes how to view an article in the Knowledge Base.
1. Click Knowledge Base
- From the home page, click Knowledge Base.
2. Click Section or Article Link
- Click a section header and / or article link to view additional information.
3. View Article
- View the Knowledge Base article.
