What is the Header?

The Header is the bar at the top of the page that contains several useful functions to navigate PowerSteering and manage your user profile.

1. The Header

The Header is the bar across the top of the page that displays the following items from left to right.

Company Logo: Your company logo can be uploaded using the Administrator's Branding feature and displayed in this area.

Page Title: This verbiage will change to represent where you are in the PowerSteering product.

Add to Favorites: Represented by a star symbol, this button enables you to mark your current product location as a favorite.

Where am I?: Represented by a map locator symbol, this button replaces the Where am I folder button.

Search: Represented by a magnifying glass symbol, this button replaces the Search link that used to appear at the top of the PowerSteering page.

If the user is signed in as an Admin, the blue gear is displayed on their profile photo. If the user is signed in as a Proxy User, the green gear is displayed on their profile photo.

Your Name (or your Proxy Name): This is where your user name will appear while you are signed into PowerSteering. If you are signed in as a Proxy User, your proxy name will be displayed here.

From the Header you can click your name or the triangle to access the Profile Menu to maintain or update your specific profile options.
