How do I export data from the Program Console?
The data in a Program Console can be exported to the PDF, Excel, CSV or Word format. This article describes how to export data from the Program Console.
1. Click Program Console
- On the Icon Bar click the Project button, then select Program Console.
Note: Clicking the Project button on the Icon Bar will take you directly to the Summary page of the last work you visited.
2. Click Export
- Click Export, select a format for your file.
3. Select Open With
- Click the Open with option.
- Click OK.
Note: All four of the export options will display a dialog box similar to the one shown in this screen shot. If you want to save the file without viewing it first select the Save File option and select a location where you want to save the exported file.
4. View Output
- View the exported file in whatever format you selected. From this point you can save the exported file to a local or networked location for your company.
