How do I approve or reject a best practice nomination?

Once a document or project in PowerSteering is nominated as a best practice, it can either be approved or rejected by any user assigned to a role within the project that has sufficient permissions. This article describes how to approve or reject a best practice nomination.

Note: Best Practice is a replaceable term in PowerSteering. Your organization may use a different label to represent exemplary work on your site.

1. Click Project

Click Project
  • On the Icon Bar click the Project button.

2. View Best Practice Options

  1. On the Project Summary page, click Best Practice to expand the section and view the nomination.
  2. Click Options...
  3. In the Comments field, type any comments you would like to add regarding the nomination.
  4. Click Approve or Reject.

3. View Best Practice

  • View the resulting best practice.
