How do I create a new rate code?

If your organization uses similar rates for multiple roles, rate codes may be used to facilitate rate management. This article describes how to create a new rate code.

1. Click Resource Rates

  1. Click the Review button on the Icon Bar.
  2. Click User Management to expand the menu, then click Resource Rates.

2. Click Rate Codes

  • Click the Rate Codes tab.

3. Click Add New

  • Click Add New.

4. Add Rate

  1. In the Code field, enter a name for your code.
  2. Click the Effective Since field and choose an effective date for your rate code.
  3. In the Amount field, enter the hourly rate.
  4. Select a currency from the Currency drop-down box.
  5. Click Save.

5. View Rate Code

  • View newly created rate code.
