Which PowerSteering Fields Can Be Used for Workflow Manager?

PowerSteering fields are used in the workflow routing of action items. Items that cannot be used in the workflow routing of action items include:

  • Metrics
  • Issue, Risk, and Discussion data
  • Documents and Document data
  • Costs
  • Data outside of the project

This article lists the PowerSteering fields that can be used for Workflow Manager.

Note:  Upland Workflow Manager is limited to passing twenty fields per Workflow/Work Template combination.

PowerSteering Field Name Definition
WA:name The name of the project.
WA:id The project ID.
WA:sequence The project sequence number.
WA:[planned start] The planned start date for the project.
WA:[planned end] The planned end date for the project.
TV:[tagset name] The value from a given [tagset name] in the project.
CF:[custom field name] The value from a given [custom field name] in the project.
WR:[work role] A list of users assigned to a given [work role] for the project.
MR:[measure name] The current value from a given [measure name] attached to the project.
WA:currentPhase The project's active phase. If the work is not a gated project, this will be blank.
RV:[fixed string] A constant string value.
