How do I view log entries for an agent task?

The log records all activities performed by an agent task. This article describes how to view agent task logs.

1. Click Agents

Click Agents
  1. On the Icon Bar click the Admin button.
  2. Click Configuration to expand the menu, then click Agents.

2. Select Agent

  • Click the name of the agent that you would like to view the task log of.

3. Click Task Name

  • Click the agent task name.

4. Set Date Range

  1. Specify the log date range.
  2. Click Submit.

5. View Log Entries

  • View all log entries associated with the selected task.
