How do I change the Home Page configuration for a user?
Administrators can create multiple Home Page layouts which can automatically be applied to users and/or groups. If you assign a configuration to a user, they will see the Home Page as defined by that configuration when they sign into PowerSteering. This article describes how to change the Home Page configuration for a user.
1. Click Home Page
2. Click Change Home Pages
- Click the Change home pages link.
3. Change Homes Pages
- Select a Home Page configuration from the Home page to use drop-down menu.
- Specify which users to assign the Home Page configuration to in the Users drop-down menu. You can assign a Home Page configuration to specific users, users in a specific group, users with a specific role, or users in a specific resource pool.
- Once a selection has been made in the Users drop-down menu, another drop-down menu will appear. From that menu, select a user(s), group, role, or resource pool to assign the Home Page configuration to.
- Click OK.
Note: Users that have been assigned specific Home Page configurations are still be able to modify their Home Page in PowerSteering if they have the Edit Preferences permission.
