How do I add a condition to a gate?

Once a condition has been defined, it can be assigned to a gate. When a condition is assigned to a gate, the gate cannot be approved or advanced until the condition has been met unless a user has the Advance Phase - Unrestricted permission. This article describes how to add a condition to a gate.

1. Click Conditions

Click Conditions
  1. On the Icon Bar click the Admin button.
  2. Click Configuration to expand the menu, then click Conditions.

2. Select Show All

  • Select Show All to show all gates including those that do not have conditions.

3. Choose Condition

  1. In the Condition to approve/advance column, click the drop-down menu next to the gate that you want to add a condition to.
  2. Select a condition from the list.
  3. Click Done.

4. Click Save

  • Click Save.
