How do I deactivate/reactivate an announcement?

Announcements can be deactivated and reactivated. Once deactivated, current announcements will no longer appear on user's PowerSteering pages. This article describes how to deactivate and activate announcements.

1. Click Announcements

Click Announcements
  1. On the Icon Bar click the Admin button, then click Announcements.

2. Deactivate Announcements

  1. Click Deactivate.
  2. In the dialog box, click OK.

3. View Results

View ResultsZoom: View Results
  • The announcement is inactive and does not appear on any PowerSteering pages.

4. Reactivate Announcements

  1. Click Activate.
  2. In the dialog box, click OK.

5. View Results

View ResultsZoom: View Results
  • The announcement is active and appears on all PowerSteering pages until acknowledged.
