Action items parenting rules fixed

Who: Administrators / PowerSteering Implementation Managers

What: As of version 10, action items can be set up to have valid parenting rules like other items in the system. The default setting is that action items can be added to all items. PowerSteering services and implementation teams can now take advantage of this feature and disable action items from being attached to items. For example, some customers may not wish to allow action items attached to program or organization items. No action by the customer is initially required. Contact your services or customer success manager if you wish to take advantage of this feature.
