Service Pack 7 Release Note Details

Below is a summary of the main issues addressed by this service pack. Individual customer cases will be updated by the support team through the portal. Cases will be closed out with customers upon confirmation that the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction.

1. Project Scheduling

Fixed an issue where the auto-scheduler was initially returning correct dates, but then the dates were being changed to an incorrect result without any user intervention. This patch was released on the evening of Wednesday, March 19th.

2. Measure Calculation and Alerts

Fixed an issue where unnecessary reminder emails were being sent to users asking them to update a measure. This is part one of a two part repair. The first patch to fix the unnecessary emails was released on the evening of Wednesday, March 19th.

The second patch will address the incorrect capture of measure values out into the future. This patch will be released as part of Service Pack 8. Click here to learn more about Service Pack 8.
